APCCAL is an association of Associations, established in 2007 with the aim to promote greater regional dialogue and knowledge sharing amongst the Call Centre industry associations within the Asia Pacific region. APCCAL was officially registered as a legal entity in Hong Kong on 2 June 2015. APCCAL is a network with representation from associations located in 11 Asian Pacific countries and cities, namely Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.

APCCAL EXPO 2016 Overview
Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA)is honored to have been selected as the host for Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders (APCCAL) EXPO 2016. Itwill be held inHong Kong Disneyland Resort with the theme of "Omni-channel Customer Experience".It is a 3-day event from 2to 4 November 16 which includes Leaders Meeting, Conference, Exhibition, Korean Night, Networking Cocktail, Contact Centre Visits, Awards Presentation and Gala Dinner.
